A sketch of the Master Chief, main character and hero in the fantastic Bungie Studios Halo franchise. It started as a quick sketch, then I decided to add some underlay color, then some shading color. The background is done with a billowing smoke effect via Eye Candy filter. This piece might turn into something greater, should I decided to add more detail or do a revamp. Hope you enjoy it.

How did you do your colouring? A layer set to multiply and then brushed it in?
